Your role may include any of the following duties (Partial Listing):
Assist with oversight of shipping process and/or employees engaged in these activities
Assist with oversight of inventory management and/or associated employees.
Assist with with oversight of in-shell sampling and/or associated employees
General machinery operation
Perform and follow all safety procedures outlined in company written procedures
Work cooperatively with management team and co-workers
Willing to work day, night, and rotating shifts
Willing to work overtime
Exhibit prompt and regular attendance
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor or other plant management
Ability to learn and understand necessary quality controls and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability and desire to plan, organize and perform with limited supervision
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture, understand and follow company safety procedures
Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Willing and able to work shift with variable start time, weekends and holidays as needed
Willing and able to work overtime as needed during seed and harvest seasons
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed
Exhibit a professional image at all times, maintain a positive and respectful attitude
