Working alongside the Line Lead, Maintenance Lead, the Process Lead has shared responsibility for the performance of an area, working in close collaboration with brewery management. He/she develops the operating teams’ capability and technical understanding and mastery of process control through data collection and loss analysis. He/she is the Centerline DMS, Changeover DMS owner for the line(s) and facilitates Line Loss Analysis through the detailed use of Loss Trees in their area of responsibility. Accountable for integrity of data systems and loss elimination opportunities to deliver overall line results supporting the Compelling business Need.

Education and experience :
- Degree or equivalent in Operations, Engineering, Science or Business
Skills and knowledge :
Experience of World Class Supply Chain tools and techniques, specifically understanding and experience of problem solving tools and methodologies and changeover time reduction (SMED)
Intermediate Excel Skills, advanced Excel skills preferred
Yellow belt or Green Belt preferred
Funtional Area (example: Brewery Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance):
