The Maintenance Lead is the Preventive Maintenance systems owner for their line(s). They are ultimately responsible, 24 hours, for eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses at the lowest cost. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for building capability in Operating Teams and Equipment Owners to deliver overall line results supporting the Compelling Business Needs. Working alongside the Line Lead, Process Lead, the Maintenance Lead has shared responsibility for the performance of an area, including Quality and H&S, working in close collaboration with Team members. The Maintenance Lead is the liaison between the Operational team and the Maintenance team.

- BS Engineering degree preferably in mechanical or electrical
Previous maintenance scheduling experience
Engineering management experience
2-3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
Basic problem solving
Initiative in changing things and openness to change
Ability to effectively prioritize competing needs
Effective communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
Ability to effectively coach and train others
Computer skills: SAP/Maximo or other maintenance planning and scheduling tool
Funtional Area (example: Brewery Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance):
