About this Position
Professional Analysis, Inc. (PAI) is seeking a Sr. Logistics Management Analyst (Project Lead) to provide an on-site Equipment Receiving and Distribution Team (ERDT) Program capability that supports and coordinates the Initial Issue and Provisioning functions at the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC), Marine Corps Forces Reserve (MARFORRES), and MARCORLOGCOM. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at MARCORLOGCOM, Albany, GA. Position is contingent upon award of contract.
General Experience: Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the Project Lead co-located with supported customers, ie. LOGCOM. Experience should demonstrate:
Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions
Ability to plan and organize work; and
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Knowledge of laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment
Knowledge in the administrative processes and documentation requirements of logistics program execution/sustainment.
Minimum of five (5) years. To be creditable, specialized experience must demonstrate accomplishment of integrated logistics and support assignments that required a range of knowledge of logistics or supply requirements and techniques
Possess and documented successful Project Lead experience managing government contract projects
Possess expert knowledge (e.g., technical/ functional competence, and experience) in the functional areas of Equipment Fielding and Provisioning processes
Possess successful supply and maintenance experience as it relates to receiving, account for, and issuing materiel at organizational activities, managing the day-to-day functional operations and activities of a contractor work force supporting the receiving, accounting for, and issuing materiel at organizational activities
Possess experience in operational planning and execution, inventory management distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing to assist in maximizing operational readiness
Possess expert communication and facilitation skills at all levels
Possess successful experience providing oversight of and managing diverse geographically separated personnel in supporting organizational logistics activities around the world
Possess proven ability to deliver complex support requirements in meeting PWS requirements on time and within budget
Possess detailed knowledge and experience with Logistics Commands framework and concept for planning and execution in the Metrics Management
Possess strong experience in operating effectively in challenging operational and fiscal environments
Manage team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking of work assignments
Monitor availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products
Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks and service agreements
Maintain and develop positive business relationships with assigned program account customers.

Candidates must have a minimum security clearance of SECRET.
